Service!
Aquascan has a full service facility and can repair most of the Aquascan products, both old and new. Unfortunately, we have limited capability with the MC3 magnetometer due to parts availability. Our Florida based service partner is also able to carry out repairs.
If you have equipment that you believe is faulty, then in the first instance follow the troubleshooting guides. You will find these in your manual and in the troubleshooting section of this site.
If you have equipment that requires a service, then contact us to arrange a repair. Please have the model number, serial number and details of the fault to hand. Before sending any equipment to Aquascan, please complete a service request form and email it or include it with your equipment. Please note you will require the latest version of Adobe Reader to use this form.

There are minimum charges for repairs to cover handling and testing. This currently stands at £88 +VAT
The above charge doesnot apply where a repair is deemed to be covered under our warranty.
