Aquascan has a full repair service for AQ1B and DX200/DX300 products.
We are no longer able to provide any support for the original range of Aquascan magnetometers.
If you have equipment that you believe is faulty, then in the first instance follow the troubleshooting guides. You will find these in your manual and in the troubleshooting section of this site.
If you have equipment that requires repair, then contact us to make arrangments. Please have the model number, serial number and details of the fault to hand. Before sending any equipment to Aquascan, please complete a repair request form and email it or include it with your equipment. Please note you will require the latest version of Adobe Reader to use this form.

There are minimum charges for repairs to cover handling and testing. This is detailed on the repair request form.
The minimum charge does not apply where a repair is deemed to be covered under our warranty.
