Repairs

ARRANGING A REPAIR

(1) Send an email to support@aquascan.co.uk describing your problem, giving as much information as possible. Alternatively you can phone our office (Tel. +44 (0) 1633 255645)

(2) You will receive a reply from our support team with ideas for any further checks you can carry out yourself and perhaps a quick solution. If the problem looks to be more complex then we will ask you to send the equipment to us.

(3) The item will be inspected on arrival and tested as soon as possible. You will be given an initial price estimate for the repair before any work is carried out.

Note: No charge will be incurred on warranty repairs.

(4) When the work is completed you will be sent an invoice for the cost of the repair and once payment has cleared your equipment will be delivered back to you.
